SOFT ANNEALED COPPER
The Annealed Condition, Temper Designation O60 “Soft Annealed” applies to copper alloys that have undergone a thermal treatment to alter the physical and sometimes chemical properties of a material to increase its ductility and reduce its hardness, making it more workable. Annealing reduces strength and hardness to increases the materials ductility, making it softer and more workable. Annealed copper is softer and less brittle, which allows you to bend it without breaking it.
Soft annealed copper can be cut, shaped and deformed more easily than copper that is not annealed. Plus soft annealed copper is less expensive than copper alloys with other tempering, making O60 soft annealed copper a versatile, cost-efficient option for a variety of applications.

Alloy C11000 or “pure copper” is 99.9% pure, also known as electrolytic tough pitch (ETP) copper. It is commonly used in electric current carrying applications. Copper 110 is very versatile over a wide range of applications due to its high conductivity, excellent corrosion resistance, and ductility. Copper also has antibacterial properties making it an increasing popular material in kitchens, hospitals, and more.
